We are a family-owned and operated painting company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 1986 by Steve Schmitt Sr., our company has built a reputation as a high-end painting service dedicated to quality craftsmanship and lasting relationships. For nearly 40 years, we have proudly served the Charlotte community, painting one home at a time and treating every customer like family.
My name is Steve Schmitt, and in 2024 I assumed ownership of the company founded by my father. While the ownership is new, this is the same trusted painting company Charlotte has relied on for over 40 years.
I have worked alongside my father since the age of 15, gaining hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of every aspect of the painting trade. You may still see my father involved from time to time, assisting with projects or preparing estimates.
We offer a full range of painting services, including both interior and exterior work. Our specialties include cabinetry refinishing—such as kitchens, vanities, and furniture—as well as exterior painting and wood refinishing.
